Buying a TMobile phone at Walmart?
I have one year left on my TMobile contract and I'm not eligible for a phone upgrade until November of 2011. I want a new phone and I've heard that you can buy TMobile phones at Walmart cheaper than what the TMobile store/website offers even if you already have an exhisting contract.
Does anyone know anything about this? Any advice would be great. If I didn't have another year left on my contract I would think about switching carriers but I don't want to pay the early termination fee.
Re: Buying a TMobile phone at Walmart?
At my local Wal-Mart if you buy a phone before your renewal date or if you buy a phone without a contract you are going to pay the straight price. I don't think they really have any phones for less than $300 that aren't just basic flip phones.
If you do decide to buy a phone straight out with no contract, keep in mind that there is usually only a 15 day period where you can return the phone if you don't like it.
When you renew a contract and get a new phone that way you get 30 days.
