As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I'm DYING of thirst ...
I just downed a budlight like it was the last one on earth!! Before that, two water bottles, practically back to back. What the heck!

Hopefully, the beer (& water) helped you rehydrate!
I'm always thirsty (it is so annoying & it's the worst at night--and then I'm getting up to pee 3 times a night!!) & my mom is always bugging me to have the doctors check me for diabetes. I'm always fine.
So I think these are some of the culprits (at least for me): didn't drink enough throughout the day, too much caffeine, too much salt (especially if I have a microwave lunch, like lean cuisine.).
