Sorry, I guess I confused people with that video. That was taken BEFORE her injuries. She is completely unable to speak or communicate now.
I just wanted to show how advanced she was at 2 1/2 years old and now at 5, she can't even talk. So sad.

No need to apologize! I don't think I was clear.
I was listening to one of the Dr's from Children's Mercy while she was testifying and I was just thinking, there is no way I could deal with these types of situations every day. Her job focuses on strictly child abuse cases. I think I would be severely depressed if I had to hear these stories every day.
