Hi Moms,We are being relocated to Ft. Story this summer and I was looking for any advice/recommendations for neighborhoods, pediatricians, preschools, etc.I have a 3.5 yr old and 6 month old daughter. My husband is a Marine so this is pretty far outside our familiar Marine Corps bases. Thanks in Advance!
Re: Ft. Story
Wow it's been a long time since I've been on this board. Ft. Story housing - if you're able to get it - is actually VERY nice and I would highly recommend it. If not, be prepared for a high COL area and you will get what you pay for in a lot of respects. I live in Chesapeake (not AD military) and I love Chesapeake Pediatrics - but there are a lot of good peds to choose from so you'll be in luck in that respect. Preschools I would recommend figuring out exactly where you will live and then go from there.
GL!
