Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Ugh..Fence people

We are supposed to have our fence installed today. Originally they told us they would install it sometime in July, when early August came we tried calling about setting up a time. Of course no one answered. Then we would get a phone call at 9 at night saying there was a cancellation the next day could they install our fence instead, we'd either miss the call or be unavailable. So they are finally here an hour late and saying they can't install part of the fence because it's supposed to butt up against our neighbors. Now I've had to cancel the appointment that we made later in the day with our trainer and she is a little made because we didn't give her more notice. I'm just so frustrated... whatever happened to customer service? Stupid fence installers.

  • I feel your pain!  It seems like EVERYTHING you need to get done these days you have to double check... nothing seems to be reliable.  Hang in there!  And believe it or not, I actually had a tree comapny come to the house today on time and without extensive prompting, so there are SOME decent places out there  :)
