  • I think they only have a few of these left so your options are limited.  I currently have the LG Dare which I like but I don't know if they make that anymore.

  • I am glad you asked this, but it doesn't seem anyone helped Sad.

We are being switched to AT&T and would like to move to Verizon instead, but are leary picking a phone with out being sure it would be a good phone. And we don't want to pay for a data package either. I hate that they make you get a data package some phones - just because I would like a nicer phone means I have to shell out more money each month to run it (When I would not be using the data accessible features anyway!)? And with the basic phones, they don't make them appealing so you end up going with a phone that requires a data package!! IMO its stupid, but I guess it business and they know what they are doing because I bet before long its not going to be an option and every phone will have a data package because they'll just stop offering feature phones!

As for pp, I believe the LG Dare require a data package.

  • I went with the LG cosmos, because I loved my old EnV2. However, I did notice that my reception is a bit worse with the new phone. Although, I didn't do the update for towers in my area, so that might help. Right now I went back to my old phone so I wouldn't have to worry about dropped calls and such. The phone is great, though.

  • I also have the LG cosmos.  I found with AT&T that when I called to cancel my service because they had no decent phone I could get without a data plan there all of a sudden were a lot more options with key pads.  I cancelled anyway but I would call rather than go into a store.
