I want to buy my SO the new XBOX + Kinect system - What is the going price? will it go on Sale closer to the Holidays and what Starter game should I get SO? Thanks!

It depends on if you get an Xbox with a hard drive or just the 4 GB one.  The Kinect comes with Kinect Adventures, which is pretty fun.  My favorite of the Kinect enabled games is Dance Central, but some guys aren't into dancing.

Thanks! I think im just going to get the regular one. I found it for $299. Will it lower much more than this?

I really don't know.  I'm all stocked up on gaming consoles and Kinect already.    I suppose places like Target or Walmart might have sales closer to Christmas, but you run the risk of the Kinect making things be harder to get.

HI - I bought my H the XBox 360 with 250gb harddrive, game and 2 wireless controllers...for $299 via Target. It was a one-day deal sometime last month. I'm not sure how long 4gb memory will last your SO so you could possibly look into upgrading the memory.
