I drove by it this weekend and now I'm obsessed.  I think it has forever home potential, which our current house does not.  I also think it's a steal, so of course there has to be something wrong with it, right?

This house is a steal. If I didn't already own a house in Nisky I would offer full asking price right now, and then get an inspection ASAP. The taxes are wicked cheap!

@Sept.  I was amazed that the taxes were so low for a double lot in Nisky.  They are a little higher than listed (6100), but still so cheap!  Although nearly double what we currently pay.

It is a beautiful house and I love the street it is on.  I used to drive by it every day, less now, but still occasionally.  Best of luck, we could be neighbors!

Your house is wonderful!  I'm always jealous of your place when I come over.  I WISH I could have a house like yours.
