Any worm composters here?
A long shot, but thought I'd ask. I'm starting one and just wanted to check to see if anyone has one here.

I have one - started it in July. It's really nice to have a use for everyday food scraps. I keep it outside in the shade and have had no problems with unwanted visitors, although there are a lot of fruit flies. When I first unpacked them, I squealed like a tween and flailed around the garage...so gross. lol Now, I'm used to them, although I use garden gloves to feed them!?GL!
I'm debating btwn vermicomposting and regular composting. I'm just concerned about the heat in the summer b/c DH won't let me keep it in the garage since that's his domain and I don't want to keep it indoors, my only option is to keep it outdoors. I can keep it in the shade, but what about during the rainy months and really hot months? I love worms, I think they are soooo cute!
Do you have pictures of your compost bin? Where did you order your worms from?
