I've been thinking about DH finally coming here and I can't decide what I want to wear when I pick him up. It's kind of silly seeing as he will probably look like a big bum after traveling for about a day and a half, but it will be about 2 1/2 months since I've seen him and I want to look goooood. lol?
If anyone's bored, post pics or links to what you think a good 'welcome to your new home' outfit would be. I'm open to lots of styles. ?

I'm not sure if I would keep the belt - I think that would determine the brightness of the shoe!! I would either dress it down with flip flops (gold or brown) or wear a gold, brown, or nude sandal of some kind.
A bright color shoe would be really cute too, depending on how crazy the belt looks

Here is a picture of a black dress that is really cute. I think black is a good color because you can dress it up or down. A black dress is good to wear in the evening with heels or during the daytime with flats or boots.

Judging by what I picked up from your style and how you're built (long legs!!!!!), I think a tunic and leggings would be AWESOME on you... maybe with some funky metallic ballet flats?

LOL...but really, with this great weather we are having....go take a day and enjoy the whole place! even if most of your shopping is window shopping.... it is so nice!
you know...as for outfits, i would pick whatever he loves to see you in...even if it is just a pair of jeans and a tank top or something! i know my dh loves it when i am just in a cozy pair of jeans and one of my hundred concert t-shirts... and although i don't think i look the "best" in something like that...it is what HE loves...
Yea..I agree with wearing something he likes. Unfortunately, he tells me I look hot after I worked out and look nasty. lol. ?He likes skirts and dresses..so maybe I'll go that route.
