Saturday: Out to eat somewhere
Re: WFD this week?
uh anything you can get your hands on.
JUST KIDDING.
Mon - beef stew in the crockpot (it was SO yummy to me, but w/veggies in it, of course it wasn't DH's fav)
Tues - either leftovers or spaghetti
Wed - whatever we don't do on Tues, ha!!!
Thurs - prob pizza or grab something as we both are going to Vandy this wknd
Fri - Sun - NASHVILLE to Vandy to cheer our AU Tigers on!!!!!
and Mon I better get taken out to somewhere fancy for my bday!!!!!
I am not good at WFD usually...everything is on the fly. I'm better at what WAS for dinner last night
Sunday I had pasta with pumpkin cream sauce
Monday we had salmon pan sauteed with greek seasoning
Tuesday pizza - pineapple on my side, pepperoni and hot peppers for DH
that's all I got. lol
As usual... we don't plan for specific days, just meals in advance
Last night I started at P1!! I had a lean pocket and jason had a LC
Meal #1: Pot roast with potatoes (I will be working thursday night, we'll probably eat that then so he can leave it warm in the crock pot for me)
Meal #2: Linguine Carbonara from the new cooking light mag with toasted baguette rounds (probably eating this tonight)
Meal #3: Chicken and Dumplings from cooking light (drop style! YES!)
Meal #4: some kind of frittata in my iron skillet
Then at some point we usually eat out and eat with his parents.
Man! Can I come over to your house?? ?All I want for dinner is crab legs now...I don't want the lasagna that's in the oven.?
