Where to find hoodie sweatshirts?

I live in hoodie sweatshirts all winter, I use to buy them at Steve and Barrys but obviously they are gone now.

Were can I find bigger ones? I have found lots of zip-up but don't like those. I like them bigger too.

Re: Where to find hoodie sweatshirts?

  • Cheap ones: Walmart

Expensive, but high quality: American Apparel

  • Basically every store I can think of sells Hoodies.  Gap, Old Navy, American Eagle, etc.

ETA: I just realized you don't like the zip ups.  Those are usually called "hooded sweatshirts" not hoodies.  That should help if you are searching online.

American Apparel won't have sizes large enough for what you are looking for.  I don't mean that in a rude way at all - American Apparel runs about 3 sizes too small, IMO.  An XXL American Apparel t-shirt doesn't even fit me and I typically wear size L in shirts.

  • I agree about American Apparel.  I have men's size medium t-shirts from there that fit me snug, and I wear a small at stores like Target and Express.I really like their tri-blend stuff, but it runs super small.

Old Navy always seems to have cheap hooded sweatshirts.  If you are looking for plain ones, try D*cks or sporting good stores for basic colors. Nike, Champion, and Adidas usually have basic hooded sweatshirts like that, too.

  • Old Navy,  They should have tons of sweatshirts this time of year and you could look in the men's section for bigger sizes.

  • If they don't need to be fancy, you'll probably have good luck at a store like Fleet Farm.
  • I steal mine from DH. Embarrassed

I think most of his come from sports stores (he likes Twins hoodies). Otherwise I think he has a few that were gifts from my mom, who got them at SAMs Club or Kohls.

  • Try the athletic apparel in the men's section at JCPenny, Herbergers and Kohls. You should be able to find Nike or Adidas ones. Those are the only kind of sweatshirts that DH will wear!
