Has anyone made this?  Is it as awesome as it sounds?  Has anyone made any of the variations?

Never made it but it sounds delish! I may try it out Saturday and see if it is Thanksgiving worthy!

No, but it sounds a lot like MIL's pumpkin cake roll, to which I am very much looking forward at Thanksgiving!!!

Gooey Butter Cake/Cookies are really popular in my region.  I'd actually never heard of it until I moved here.  I don't love it like other people here do, but the pumpkin version sounds delish!

Yes, I've absolutely made it.  AWESOME!!!!!!  Just don't make it til you are ready to go, and make sure people eat it all.  If I bring it home I will eat it one spoon at a time until I am sick 

I have made the same thing with chunky applesauce, cherry pie filling, and REALLY drained shredded pineapple (tastes like pineapple upside down cake).

Dang...now I want some.

Apple Cheesecake sounds really good.  Do you have the recipe handy?  There may be a battle in my house as we have both freshly picked apples and a pie pumpkin.
