Need hip gift for a new mom

One of my best friends in Nashville just had her third baby (a girl). She already has a boy and a girl and basically has all the essentials.

She is a very young, hip mom but the selections in Nashville are sometimes limited. I wanted to give her something from an L.A boutique-type place---she'd love it.

But I need some ideas. I'd like to keep it relatively inexpensive less than $50. Doesn't need to be practical---something fun. She is pretty into organic/green things and is exclusively breastfeeding.

Any thoughts?
