This morning at 3:00 AM, he sent me a copy of the first draft of his thesis!
HE MIGHT ACTUALLY GRADUATE!
This weekend will be kinda chill. Maybe now that he's done writing, he can actually take a break and we can actually properly celebrate baby ringV.

I'm doing well today. Derek and I had a bit (lots) of wine last night while watching TV and folding laundry (well, I folded laundry, he sorta sucks at it).
As our gtg is postponed, I'm going to put off going to the gym until tomorrow and maybe go out for beers tonight. Woo beers.
Other than that I'll be working around the house all weekend. We've got a wall to paint and then maybe we'll see some of the crown molding go up, which is really super exciting.
We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?
Woohoo Friday! I was out late with co-workers last night, and am just exhausted today. Can't wait for the day to be over and sleep in tomorrow. DH and I are heading out to dinner tonight to a good Chinese place, so I'll have to find a second wind at some point. Tomorrow night we have tix for Harry Potter, so I'm excited for that. Otherwise, no big plans other than to get our Christmas cards put together.
Good job for V! Congrats on the draft. Definitely time to celebrate.

Raynes - cheers to lots of wine. I wish I would have drank a whole bottle lastnight.
I have a little AW'ing to do myself. When Ryan came home from his clinical lastnight he told me they are hiring graduating nurses at the hospital he is currently at. So, I will be getting his resume together over the weekend. Keeping fingers crossed that he has a job lined up for right after graduation and passing his boards!
Well I didn't break my toe, but it is severly bruised up so the doctor had me buddy tape it, and no Zumba for a little bit. I am so mad at myself, because I am finally doing great with my weight loss and on the right track again! UGH.
Tomorrow night I am hanging with my BFF. It is well overdue. It will be the first time just the two of us have hung out since the boys were born. I can't wait!!!

Today I'm going to take an easy.. do as much laundry as I can when I get home from work...
Tomorrow, I'm going to put the Xmas lights up outside, the weather should be nice and I'd rather do it now, then when its even colder. Also need to shop for Thanksgiving (we're hosting), then we have our final (6th) wedding of 2010.
Sunday, lots of cleaning, finally hanging the living room curtains and just preparing for a stream of guests - we are sharing the news at Thanksgiving so I'm getting all sorts of anxiety about the day....

We are having potluck at work today, which I love, and which is made better by the fact that the boss is gone.
My BIL and his new girlfriend are coming in to town tonight, so we are having fake Thanksgiving tomorrow.

I'm hoping for a relaxing night tonight, other than the mounds of laundry that need to get done and put away. I cleaned last night thinking I had a whole night to myself. That didn't happen, so I ended up just cleaning and going to bed.
Tomorrow I have a feeling we'll be grocery shopping for way too much unnecessary food for Thanksgiving. Oh well. This year we're hosting, so at least we get to just stay home. It will also be attack to the fruit flies, since I really have no freakin idea where they're coming from. grrrr.
I may get in to painting all the trim work in the house finally on Sunday, but I highly doubt it. There's really no motivation there. haha. Thankfully, Monday I'll be home after I get sworn in to the MA bar. I have to be in Boston for 9am...which means I get to leave my house for about 6am. Sucky.

tonight, I'm going to the mall to get the last few Christmas gifts on my list, along with wrapping paper. I'm also on the hunt for a Penn State shirt.
tomorrow morning, we're meeting up with friends SUPAH early to start tailgating for the Penn State v. Indiana game, which is being held at Redskins stadium I'm super excited... I've never been to a college football game before, so I know I'm in for a good time.
Sunday will be relaxing and cleaning the house in preparation for the contractors to finally come out and fix our ceiling and finish our kitchen.

Tonight-We are having a few friends over for dinner so I need to figure out what I am going to cook and go to the grocery store after work.
Tomorrow-SIL wants to get up super early. A local radio station is having a contest at 6am where the first 100 people to donate a turkey get surprise tickets. Could be a concert, game, etc. We are going to be there at 5am...OUCH! Then I need to get stuff done around the house. I really wish the snow would melt so we could get the rest of the leaves up but I'm not sure it's going anywhere for the year.
Sunday-We are going to spend the day with some friends that just returned from Israel. Then probably grocery shopping and getting ready for Thanksgiving. We are hosting for the first time this and our dining room table isn't in yet so this could be interesting.

It's finally Friday!
Tonight Manuel and I are going shopping because we have two birthday party's for three people this weekend. We also want to start some of our Christmas shopping. We'll probably go out for dinner but we're not sure where to yet.
Tomorrow we're going to our friends combined birthday party for her and her daughter. Should be fun except it's supposed to rain.
Sunday, we're going to a surprise birthday party for Manuel's godson.

This weekend I have some very exciting plans. Today I'm gonna have some lunch with my dad to celebrate my birthday since he couldn't come last week.
Tomorrow I'm baptizing my friend's daughter so I'm super excited to be a godmother.
Sunday I just have some homework to catch up on.
Mark has to chaperone semi-formal tonight so I'm on my own. I'm going to clean up around the house and chill out. I'm also going to take a second day off from the gym this week! The horror!
Tomorrow I work a half day, then it's gym, dinner and church. After that we might head to a bar to see Mark's co-worker play.
Sunday might just be gym and hanging around. I might end up going to a movie with my brother, his gf and our niece and nephew.
IU is going to get their asses handed to them on a plate. I love them (born in Bloomington) but they can't play football for love or money.
