I love the new sectional! Did you get that from Bob's? I was looking at sectional the other night because we will be getting one next year when we finish the basement and saw one pretty similar to that on the Bob's site and loved it. If it's the same one, how do you like it?

Thanks. It's from Pilgrim furniture. My old green couch was from Bob's and it was a piece of crap. Their furniture is priced low for a reason...the quality isn't there and the pieces don't last. It was coming unstitched in several places and it wasn't th!t old. Several of my friends have had similar experiences with Bob's. I'm not sure if they have pilgrim in MA, but I love them we've furnished 3 rooms by them so far.

We have wood pieces (coffee table, tv stand, and book case) from Bob's and haven't had a problem with them. But don't have any fabric pieces. Thanks for the info.

Ya, I don't know much about their wooden furniture, but I've heard similar stories about the couches falling apart and coming unstitched.  If you do go that route, definitely get the extra furniture protection plan.  We still kept our old couches and at some point I'll either try to stitch them up or pay to have them reupholstered.  They are in our formal LR for now and will eventually end up in the basement once it's finished.
