FU to Andrea's post- thanks, ladies!
My little Nicholas is here!
I'm having a bit of a hard recovery but labor was great, he came after only an hour of pushing! We're still in the hospital, hoping things start picking up with me so we can go home tomorrow!
Here is a pic of my little boy!
In other news, MIL just showed up last night at midnight. I didn't want my parents here with ILs due to jealousy issues over the baby and now I'm dealing with it anyway because someone (not my parents) came uninvited! Oh well.
Enjoy the picture and thanks for all of the well wishes in Andrea's post!

Hi! Yaaaay, more pics! I'm sorry you're having a hard time in recovery; you'd never know from the pictures.
Nicholas is adorable. Look at that face!
I can't believe your MIL showed up at midnight. Never mind not being invited but, dude, who visits a new mom at midnight???
He is just TOO cute and perfect!!
awwww Punky he is perfect! Look at that face! Congratulations!
That is so crazy about your MIL!
Congratulations Punky!!! He is adorable. I hope recovery gets better and you are able to go home soon.
ps - So sorry that you ended up with unwanted visitors at the hospital. We invited people to come see but even after telling people to come it got a bit too much ... I can't imagine dealing with people that you are in no mood to see. Those first few hours/days are such a special time. I hope you are able to enjoy this time as much as possible.
Oh, and take a ton of pictures. It's true what everyone says ... they grow SOOO quickly and you will want to remember those first few days and JUST how incredibly tiny and amazing he is now.
