Newly married Christian couples?
We just got married and now we would like to get more involved in a church and have more married Christian friends. Anyone live in Portland and fit that? Not sure about meeting friends on here but I guess its the new cool thing huh? : )
Re: Newly married Christian couples?
Welcome!
Hey! Where do you live? We have been attending "The Door" in SE for about 6 months and we love. We've never had a church embrace and support newly married couples (without kids) the way they have. We meet Sunday nights and if you decide to check it out, let me know.
Congratulations on your marriage!
my blog: Blessed Beyond Measure
It's on SE 20th right off of Hawthorne. It's not a traditional church per se (as in the pastor has long hair and a sleeve tattoo), but the messages are always good and the worship is powerful.
You can check our their website here: http://www.doorofhopepdx.org/
Let me know if you have any other questions or if you decide to check it out!

It truly is amazing and so welcoming and we really couldn't ask for a better church family!
