Love my New Diva Cup!

Today is day 2 (sorry if TMI) and I love it!  Had no issues with insertion (and I was really nervous about it) but think it's going to take some practice with removal and it not being so messy (sorry again for the TMI).

Thanks for the recommendation, ladies!!  YesYes

  • I'm so glad you like it! I prefer removal in the shower  . . .  really, I thought I could never like it and I have to say I would never go back to disposables. It seems so much cleaner this way!
  • Good to hear! Gives me hope for next month. ;)

  • Yay!  Glad to hear it. I LOVE my Diva, I don't know how I ever got through my period without it.  **TMI alert** For removal, I sit on the toilet, pinch the top of the cup until my fingers meet to break the seal, and slowly pull straight down until it's removed.  Since it's pinched shut, it can't splash anywhere.  Yeah you get some on your hands but you have to wash them after using the restroom anyway.

  • last week was my first try with my DC and i love it also, although its gonna take a lot of practice for me i think. everyday it took about half an hour to get it properly inserted, and then i was good to go. but two days i actually ran out of time, got frustrated, grabbed a tampon and headed to work. Huh?

i hope i get the hang of it next time.

Exactly what I finally figured out!  Thanks!  Big Smile
