suggestions for Milwaukee restaurants open on Thanksgiving?
My dad is currently at Froedtert Hospital and we'd really like to get out of the hospital for Thanksgiving dinner. Does anyone know of any restaurants that will be open?

I grew up in Mke & my parents still live there so Im there often. Froedtert is located on a main road & just off some major freeways. Bluemound Rd & Mayfair Rd are very populated. But there are restaurants everywhere. There is a mall 2 miles north on Mayfair Rd that has a ton of attached & detached restaurants.
Im not sure if any of these places are serving a "Thanksgiving dinner", but they might be open!

Down Wisconsin Ave, north on 68th St is a great Italian place called Balistreris (414) 475-1414 http://www.balistreris.com/ (I just saw on their website that they are closed T-day)

I have eaten at all but Firefly in my 30 years of life! The most recent being Cafe Hollander & Mo's. But I'd pick any of them any day of the week!
I imagine some of them will be open on t-day. You could try to call & find out!
