Honeymoon disaster

Hello CFL nesties!

I was wondering if I'm the only newly wed whose honeymoon was a total disaster?!

Here's the story-quick version LOL-

Our wedding was at Puerto Rico 10/30 so on Sunday (Halloween) we embarked our 7 day Caribbean cruise. First of all my husband got drunk at our wedding and he partied all night long. I think this is what started his endless cough. As we ventured our first two nights at sea he became ill. On the fourth day he had high fever, body ache, stuffy nose, and an endless cough. In a nutshell, he was diagnosed with Influenza type B! We were quarantined in our cabin for 3 days!!! If we attempted to go out of our cabin forget it an alarm would sound off. We were stuck with just room service per CDC suggestion.

I really want a rain check for our vacation but I feel real bad asking my hubby for that. I don't want him to think his immune system ruined it for us, because we did have some fun.
