Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I know that I'm not on here much, so I apologize for coming on and just asking for something. 
Obviously, the reason for my not being on has been due to work. I've been working my a$$ off for this last year, so that I could possibly be considered for a promotion. I've managed to maintain my #1 status in sales (out of 26 people), have passed all my tests, and panel interview. And now the time has come, when I find out if I've made it or not.
In the midst, of all the test/panels I found out that my current job is going to be eliminated in 2011. They are reducing the staff in this position by 90% (which could potentially include me).
I will find out my fate on Wednesday at 8:30am.
I'm confident in my moving foward but at this point, one can never be too sure.
Any positive thoughts, prayers, and dust is GREATLY appreciated.
