How was your weekend?
Ok gals, I'm trying to get some action going again. 
How was your weekend? Did you do anything special?

My weekend was good. I had a long weekend with Friday off and spent most of Friday cleaning house and relaxing with my DD and did some Christmas shopping for her.
Saturday we had brunch at Cracker Barrel, I baked cookies for a cookie swap, and played our new Wii games (Mario Kart and SuperMario Galaxy 2).
Sunday I went to a Nestie GTG cookie swap with some of my anniversary club gals up in MA. It was a lot of fun and the cookies were all delicious.
Had a great weekend...
Friday - worked, then came home and relaxed with the hubby
Saturday - went to the Women of Faith Conference in Hartford with my mom and sister... had an awesome time, met Blaire from The Facts of Life and saw Mandisa (from American Idol) sing
Sunday - cleaned the house to get ready for the family to come over on thanksgiving, did some quick shopping, started making our wedding parent albums (which we plan on giving as christmas presents)... and started research on a 10-15 page paper due Nov. 30th which i'm dreading...
oh yeah.... AND.... i took a POAS test which came back as BFP... you ladies are the first to know (other than DH) which i feel comfortable that it will not be announced to my family and friends this way (anyone who is friends with me on facebook, please do not say anything on there about this!!!)... not gonna lie, definitely freaked out at first but then calmed down since this is something we both want and have been planning for... now i'm just excited and praying everything goes well!!!
Friday was a day from Hell at work. It was nice to go home and have the house to myself for a couple hours before DH came home from work.
Saturday DH had to work and I was going to go to the ceremony he was in but since he wasn't getting awards or medals we decided I didn't need to go and watch him stand in formation for 2-1/2 hours. Plus he had a couple work related things to do after. So I slept in and went for a massage instead.
Saturday night we stayed in and spent some time in the hot tub relaxing.
Sunday, DH had to work and I picked up some of the clutter around the house.

Friday-just hung out at home with DH. Since DH had to work on Saturday I ended up having to run all the errands by myself and also had to bake for Sunday. Sunday we went to a party at my aunt's during lunch time then had dinner with DH's family. One of my SIL just found out she's pregnant with her second baby!! Love good news before the holidays.

I found out that my SIL is pregnant on Saturday! Can't wait to become an aunt!
