PW Mac & Cheese experts
So I made this over the weekend. I doubled the recipie and it was horrible! It was very dry. I don't have a clue as to what I did wrong other than not makeing 1 batch at a time. What do you all think?

Hmm.. that's strange. I usually half the recipe--even half leaves us with massive amounts of leftovers.
My only guess would be not enough milk..?
