It's a blizzard out there....
And I am on break! woo hoo! We are literally in the middle of a blizzard here in Utah. The high tomorrow is 17 and for good ole' Turkey day the high is 20....
What is the weather like where you are?
"Gone to Carolina in my mind..."

Re: It's a blizzard out there....
It just left us and is headed to you! I'm so glad it left here except for tomorrow is supposed to be only like 10 degrees.
But we're headed to SLC on Thursday afternoon so let's hope all of the storms are gone by then!

Looks like we're in for a blizzard Wednesday and Thursday. We're postponing our Thanksgiving until Friday when the weather improves.
It's cold. LOL.
The windchill last night made it down to -2. And now we are supposed to get some sort of ice/rain combo that could make life hell tomorrow. Starts at 6 am, according to most of the weather reports, and last until midnight tomorrow. Yuck. Wintery mix and wind.
It's 20 degrees now but that windchill is 8. I hate windchills. Turkey Day? A whopping 15 degrees with some horrific windchill, I imagine.
It's almost here! Weeeeeeee!

Back in June 2010...
it's actually really mild here. we had a big warm front come through and we were supposed to have some hellish cold front come through (whatever is in Minn. right now) but we're stuck in the 40s as the high for the next week or so... not exactly out of the ordinary.
t-day is supposed to be sh!tty and rainy though- i'm a little worried that if it dips below freezing our t-day plan will be a no go since we're going to my aunts and the lake effect there isn't really something i want to mess with at night.

I think it hit eastern Idaho the worst. The "pass" where I-84 splits and heads to Utah is closed because of blowing snow. A bunch of businesses and schools in that area closed yesterday and today.
