**Katie**

I remember you from the knot boards!  I honestly think I've seen you and your hubby several times...at a baseball game, McAlister's, and at the football games (if you sit in the bottom part of Section 2?).  DH thinks I'm a crazed stalker, but I seriously wasn't stalking y'all out!

I also think I saw one of Jessica's bridesmaids in Walmart the other day, I guess I just memorize photographs or something!

Re: **Katie**

  • HA HA, hilarious!!!!

Yes, I sit in sec 2 at the games and we go to the baseball games b/c DH loves bball and he can enjoy those b/c that time of year is track/field for him.

Ok, don't think I'm crazy but have we met b/f?!?!?!

    We should get together!!!

    What does your DH do?

I thought about applying at EAMC but there's not anything open in my field right now.

OH I'm sure you saw Erica (Jess' BM) and she's very nice.

You're not a stalker, ha ha!!!

  • We sit in Section 2, row 30!  Jarrett and his stepdad always buy season tickets from a retired faculty member.  His stepdad only came down for 2 games this year, so I have used the other ticket for the rest of them.

We haven't met, but I've started to say something to you every time I've seen you...but I didn't want to seem creepy, lol.  I also didn't want to have the wrong person, that would be REALLY creepy!

We both work in the lab at the hospital.  He is the Chemistry supervisor and I work with the computer system.  That stinks about nothing being open here, what do you do?

We should get together sometime! We have been busy lately house-hunting, but that has been put on hold until we can pay some stuff off and save up :(

  • OMG too funny Lindsay!!!!  Yeah, I'm on row 23-24 I think.  They're DH's tickets as he works in Athletics.  Ahhh the perks.  I'll be there next week w/my friend and my IL's.

DEFINITELY say something to me next week!!!  It wouldn't be creepy and I'd love to meet up!!!

My historical career is project management and now I'm a consultant at a co in Columbus but the commute is killing me.  Especially when we're ready to have kids.

How exciting about expecting!!!  Are you nervous, excited, have a bunch of emotions?

Girl, yall can buy our house, j/k.  I need to sell my condo in ATL first and then we'll sell DH's in AU to get a bigger house in AU.  ugh.

  • Oh to have those perks!  We will be there next week too with some OOT guests.  My friend (and bm) married John Parker Wilson's 1st cousin...who is a HUGE Auburn fan...which I think is hilarious!  They are coming next week.  I will make sure to stop by and speak!

Ugh, I would hate that commute too.  I used to drive 40 minutes to work when I lived at home, I hated that.  I hope something comes open soon!

I have so many emotions right now!  I cry for no reason, get mad and take it out on Jarrett (who has been so sweet btw), but the majority of the time I'm just ecstatic :)

I wish we could buy your house!  We were looking at one out in Lundy Chase, but by the time we have to start paying for childcare we would pretty much run out of money every month.  I definitely do not want to start out like that, so we are just going to hold off and try to pay a couple of credit cards off and junk like that until our lease runs out next July.  Hopefully by then we can find something!  Everything is just so ridiculously expensive around here.

  • The perks are good, but ugh, Brad is NEVER home.  Football is our life, seriously.  And it's ongoing most of the year b/c practice starts the beg of Aug and then if we go to a bowl it doesn't end til Jan.  Then his other sport is on during football offseason and so forth.

yeah, the commute seriously sucks.  I hope I can find something in AU/Opelika soon.  I should just send my resume over to EAMC as you never know......

awwwwh honey, hopefully it will get better and think of how wonderful it will be when you have a sweet baby!!!!

we know someone who just bought over there in LC but I haven't been over there yet.  Prices here are def better than what I lived w/for 8 yrs in ATL!!!!  It will happen and you're prob better off waiting w/the economy the way it is right now.

Def keep in touch and my home email is aubie96@yahoo.com

  • Aww, I should really realize how lucky I am that Jarrett and I basically have the same schedule.  He works 6-2:30 and I work 7:30-4, so we have so much time together, for which I am very thankful!

I would definitely send a resume, it's not going to hurt anything!

Yeah, you have to take the good and the bad while pg and just keep your eye on the goal!  I'm glad too that I haven't been sick (knock on wood!)

I'm sure the prices are much better here, I can't even imagine trying to buy in ATL!  I'll keep in touch :)

  • that is nice to be on the same schedule and in the same town!!!  ha ha.  But Brad is VERY good to me and I go to the bowl games w/him we travel in the summer so it all works out.  I'm appreciative for what I have and he enjoys his job - which is what it's all about!!!

I think I will send the resume in......

My sister and I get bad migraines and when she was PG she didn't have even one - and she takes vicatin for them!!!  So whenever it happens for us I hope I'm in that same boat.

oh yeah, the housing mkt in ATL is AWFUL.

Look forward to meeting you soon!!!!
