As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Recommend a swimming instructor?
One of my client asked if I could recommend a swimming instructor for her-- she is currently training for a marathon and would like to train for a triathalon. It sounds like she would pay for private lessons at her gym. Can anyone recommend a teacher in the Portland/Cedar Hills area?

Most times gyms don't allow outside trainers to come in, so she might want to check on that. I know Riverplace Athletic Club has a triathalon training group, and I'm pretty sure one can buy a pool only pass in order to train. I have a lot of friends who coach, but they're starting to get into their seasons right now. I'll let you know if I come up with an idea.
