Thanks for the recipe for the pumpkin bars! I made them last night and brought them in to work today.... they were a HIT! So easy to make and sooo delicious! I esp love the homemade frosting - i've never made my own frosting before - i had no idea how easy it is!

They are so delicious!
I've never been a big pumpkin fan, I don't even like pumpkin pie, but with all the hype and the change of season I decided to give them a try.
I'm so glad i did they are fantastic!!! Everyone is in awe with them. Mine did get a fluffy as in your picture. I only baked them for 23 minutes so they are super moist and whew weee, yummi goodness.
I think I'll give pumpkin pie a chance now. :-)
I'm going to make them again for Thanksgiving.
