Hi All, Not sure if there's a previous post, but I'm interested in gift ideas for H. Mine is good about holding back any hints! Grr...
Re: Gifts for H?
Dh and I put ourselves on a spending for each other budget so our gifts won't be as elaborate as last years. I am getting him a Penn State Fleece Jacket and NHL Slapstick for Wii. Also a few smaller things to put in his stocking.
Last year I got him a new camera and Jeff Dunham tickets.
Hope this helps!
We will have less to spend on each other this year, but the past two years, I got him a Playstation Portable and game for it and an external dvd rom for his computer with the computer game he had been wanting.
This year, I don't know yet. Probably a dvd or game and something else. He wants a lot of big ticket items but that just won't be happening this year.
Chardonnay24 - do you have a link for those headphones?
Please share!
I just asked my husband to give suggestions for some wives and girlfriends who may be stumped. Know what he said? "Hugs." I thought I was giving out plenty of hugs and kisses, but he said he's always willing to accept more.
This year, I'm giving him everything he needs to brew his own beer (I have a work friend who does his own brewing and is steering me in the right direction). He's always wanted to try, so I think he'll be pretty excited. And I had the most fun designing the beer labels (we have two little dogs of questionable backgrounds, so I decided the name "MicroMutt Brewery" fit pretty well).
For our first anniversary, I bought him a Nook (the Barnes and Noble e-reader). I wanted to stick with the traditional first anniversary gift of "paper," but since it's 2010, I thought e-paper was close enough. He reads probably two books a week now.

He really wanted the $300 Bose ones, but we are on a strict $50 gift budget this year. I got these for $44.99 yesterday because of Black Friday, but it doesn't look like they're on sale now. Check back on Cyber Monday!
Thank you & Merry Christmas!

I just bought my husband an "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" tshirt online. I know he's going to crack up when he sees it. He loves that show.
Going to probably get him a few movies and video games as well. And socks! I don't know what that man does with his socks, but he never seems to have any.
