xmas card PIP!
First of all, I've been MIA for the last week or so- we've had some deaths in the family pretty close together, so I've been dealing with that stuff. It sucks that it's so close to the holidays, but at the same time it's nice that everyone was home and together.
ANYWAY, since I hate talking about that kind of stuff, here's our Christmas card! Greg's family has been taking these crazy christmas cards for the last 5 years, and I've been included in the past two...

Greg's dad is a republican, loves Sarah Palin, listens to Glenn Beck... his mom and the rest of us are democrats. It makes for some interesting dinner conversations. Anyway, this year we decided to play on that...

Yes, that is me as Sarah Palin. Yes, that is SIL as pregnant Bristol on DWTS, and Greg as Glenn Beck. He photoshopped his hair gray! The dog, who always makes an appearance, is the cheshire cat.

As everyone else said, I'm sorry for the losses in your family. I'm glad that you're all taking comfort in having the family together as a result. I know that what helped me the most when my grandma passed away, and then grandpa a few years later, was looking around the house or wherever packed full of my aunts, uncles, cousins, great-aunts, and all the rest, and thinking of what a great crew they had raised and left to us.
