I was at the hospital where I work today and was in the playroom watching some of the patients enjoy a karaoke performance. I saw a little girl---probably 8 or 9. She was wearing a shirt that said "Mother" on the front and "f*cker" on the back.....there was a star in place of the "u". WTF??
Who let's their kid wear something like that? And furthermore, who MAKES a kids' shirt that says that? It was awful. I really hope that they didn't speak English and didn't know what it meant....but I'm not sure.

Re: This is terrible...
Hi Emily -?
We missed you guys when you came to SB ( Did you have fun? What winery's did you check out?
Was the shirt a kids shirt? If so, I am disgusted. At my job we make some pretty bad shirts but a child wearing it takes the cake! It's not even funny.?
I'm bummed that we didn't connect! We were staying with some friend's friends and things just got crazy. We ended up going to the zoo, which was fun! And we went to Firestone and Sunstone and had lunch at Los Olivos Cafe. We also went to La Super Rica and Brophy's (of course). Let's plan another trip sometime soon when we can hang out with just you guys!
And I think the shirt was just a kids shirt.....I don't know. I think it's possible that they were Spanish-speaking only and had no idea what it said. their poor kid was just diagnosed with leukemia (not this one, this was the sister)....but it was still awful. Especially to wear around a kids hospital!
