Airport scanner F/U: Column About Constitutional Concerns

By a Georgetown Law prof, who has written extensively about security concerns in the modern age, as well as about the Supreme Court.

He theorizes that the scanners and patdowns may violate the 4th Amendment.  The column also touches on the fact that the technology may not be very effective.
