ideas?
My school is holding a golf tournament, Nov 1st. We are looking for any sort of donation we can get- gift cards, free food, auction items, etc. I've been contacting EVERYONE i can think of.... someone before had mentioned walmart at the beginning of the month- I caught them on time and they are helping us

You could see about a GC to the barber shop Carrs, where they do the old fashioned shaves.
Gc's to Outdoor World, Edwin Watts, Golfsmith, and Play it Again Sports.
I know there are some golf stores at the Outlet malls, perhaps they would give you some stuff to auction.
Passes to area country clubs.
In past past good donators for me have been octopus car wash, moes, chipolte, Albertsons, Publix, Wal-Mart, Disney, Sea World, one of the mini golf places, Darden Restaurants. I've gotten other things here and there but those were the biggies.
However, I haven't done any fundraising this year. I am starting to plan something for Christmas. I wonder if the ecomony might be playing into donations (lack of).
