Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

My Yorkie Love...
Well... been talking on and off about getting a Yorkie. Was going to hold out until the spring. (Puppies in winter=not the best idea) I then had the great idea to suprise DH and get him one for Xmas, but he quickly figure out my plan when I asked him some questions. (You're not getting me a dog for Xmas, are you??)
I was at the new PetSmart in East Peoria on Saturday (really have no idea why I went in) and random man started talking to be by the grooming area about how he loves his Yorkie, but his Yorkie is too hyper to get groomed. That sucks.
Looks like we will have to end up going to STL or Chicago to get one at a price we can manage (um, over $1k for dog? Yeah, I'll drive a little, thank you very much). MIL is interested in scoping out the dog. She has a Yorkie, from a friend of a someone who had puppies in the QC, but they don't have any puppies anytime soon. 
Bummer we have to drive.
I think my DH is moving on this fast before I change my mind and say NO dogs!!

My parents have a yorkie. She's grumpy, but she's almost 10, so she's earned it.
I love puppies! Our chihuahua is actually going to be having puppies at the end of this month!
