Hello Phoenix folks! DH, DD, and I are flying out to your city this
Thursday to visit my FIL. Please recommend your favorite
family-friendly place to eat for lunch and/or dinner. Also, throw in

The Sugar Bowl in Old Town Scottsdale is one of my favorite dessert places! Have been going there since I was a little one! Further down the road from that by Fashion Square Mall there is a Sprinkles Cupcakes! : )
if you enjoy cupcakes, we have Sprinkles in Scottsdale.
i'm a big fan of chompies for food. it's a deli and they have some cute desserts, such as a cake made to look like a lady bug with sunglasses, cupcakes in the shape of big bird, elmo and cookie monster, etc. it's nothing fancy, just comfortable.

nobuo at teeter house is great place for lunch
this place is on mill avenue in tempe and great for families: house of tricks
noca has amazing desserts...toffee pudding and salted caramel ice cream sandwich!!!
