Do you give your pets Christmas presents?

I wanted to get our kitties a few new toys and new treats for christmas...maybe put them in a paw shaped stocking hung from the mantle. Does this make me the "crazy cat lady" albeit the married one?

I also found adorable elf costumes for cats and was considering buying them to take pics for thank you notes...am I turning into a crazy person?

I don't think you're crazy at all....however, I am the one who puts her tiny dogs into sweaters!! So maybe we're both crazy?

We don't go crazy with the holiday gifts, but we do get them some treats from the gourmet dog treat store and usually a new bone or two

No way ur not weird! usually for Christmas we get my dog a bone or new chew toy and my cat gets little balls with bells in them to chase around.

We give our guys gifts. The dog loves it, and tears into the wrapping paper himself. The cat likes to come over and check things out, sometimes he will watch as we open one for him but usually loses interest after a minute or two.

Another pet gift giver here too!  They usually get a bone each and a new rope toy to play with.  This year they may get a new dog bed because their old one is getting pretty beat up!

But they're a part of the family too!!  When we were Black Friday shopping, DH found a stuffed squeaky duck and started begging "Can we please, please get this for Trevor?  He wants a Duck!" I didn't know Trevor had already made his Christmas list... but now it's home and waiting to be wrapped and put under the tree   It's his first Christmas (with us) so I'm not sure he know how things work.  Should be fun.  My mom has a mini-dachshund who loves Christmas.  She opens her present and then "helps" everyone else with their presents.  She loves to kill the wrapping paper. It's hilarious.

My 2 kitties go bananas over wrapping paper ... I wasn't planning on doing anything, but my daughter has pretty much convinced me to get them each a new kitty bed and some toys.  I'm a sucker for all 3 of them, so it'll happen.  lol

Not only have I always got presents for our own pets, whatever they may be at that time, I also get gifts for my family's pets.  My mom's cat will get a catnip ball...my MIL dog gets special diet treats, cause Bella has allergies, and SIL greyhound gets greenies...cause she's old and her teeth are bad and her breath smells bad!

This year...the kids want to treat Harley the Hedgie to some live crickets.  (gross) I'm thinking a new soft bed in his tank will suffice.

We're definitely giving our pup Christmas presents!!  We bought him a peanut butter bone, cute gingerbread shaped rawhide, and we're going to buy him a new leather leash and collar.  Petsmart just loves us haha
