One of my friends keeps Ethan the three days a week that I work. We were friends before this arrangement, and we regularly do things with her and her husband, but we don't usually exchange any sort of Christmas gift.
If she was a non-friend sitter or a daycare worker, I would be getting her a Christmas bonus/gift, so I want to do something. I just don't want them to feel like they are then obligated to get us something since we're all friends. I want so somehow make it clear that this is a "Thank you for being so amazing with my kid" present.
Am I over thinking this?

Can you give them all something at daycare and then give her the something extra the next time she watches him? Then the others wouldn't know or be offended.
