How is your little cousin doing . I haven't seen anything on the news lately about him. Is he doing ok?

Re: *j_hope*

  • Awww...thank you so much for thinking about him!  Actually, Seth responded so well to the hyperbaric chamber and treatment that he went home on Monday, September 29th!  The doctors were especially impressed at how quickly he recovered.  He did have surgery on his mouth last week and they were able to close up about 70% of his cheek.  He will have another surgery on Oct. 14th to pull the corner of his right lips together.  He is still learning to eat, but is able to talk now that he has the trache out.  They are going to talk about him going back to school once he has his 2nd surgery.  I thank everyone for all of their thoughts/prayers.  It is amazing how many people reached out to Seth and his family.

  • That is so amazing. I'm so glad he's doing good. I think about him everytime I see a little boy on a bike. I'm sure your family is that same way. I'm glad it all went good and I hope this next surgery goes just as well.
