Re: Marley and Me
OMG isn't it horrible!! I read the book and I was hysterical then when we were in Bermuda DH was flipping through the channels and saw that it was on. I didn't want to watch it but he insisted. By the end of the movie we are both sitting in our hotel room hysterical! It's a good movie but SO sad! Especially since we have a pup of our own.
The brie sounds good though!
yum to the brie!
I read the book and cried hysterically and then saw the movie, forget it! It didn't help that I had an older lab at the time so thats all I could think about.
I also bawled like a baby when I read the book.
I didn't watch the movie until it came out on HBO because lets be honest. I'M A HUGE CRY BABY when it comes to movies... especially ones about dogs and/or moms dying. I don't handle these things well at ALL!
I was sitting on the couch with a box of kleenex next to me crying like nobody's business. Kevin was at work and happened to call shortly after it ended. He asked me what was wrong and I told him that I did something I shouldn't have. He got real concerned and then I told him I watched Marley and Me. He just started laughing at me and say "Babe... you know better! Why would you do that?"
Oh god, i cried so much at the end of that one.
I suggest never ever seeing bridge to terebithia. Ever.
I haven't seen it yet, but it sounds like I'm going to be bawling!
I started reading 'Little Bee' on the plane to FL and the first chapter made me cry. No more reading that book in public! Haven't had a chance to pick it up again, but I suspect I'm going to be crying a lot!
I cried so hard watching that movie. I still didnt get a chance to read the book yet.
Dude, Little Bee took over my life for a few days- I couldn't stop reading it! They're making that into a movie too...
