As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

now THAT'S good customer service.

My sister is having all of her Christmas gifts for people shipped here so she doesn't have to bring them home from AZ. Last night at 8pm (her time, I think, so 10 here) she ordered something from Zappos and it was delivered to my house about an hour ago. She also did not pay for any kind of expedited shipping, that was just the free shipping that was included.
