Running heat = sore throat?
I lived in CA the past 4 winters and never once turned on the heat. I was a lucky lucky girl.
Anyways, our heat is running a lot just to keep it above 60 degrees in here during the day and 62 at night. I keep waking up with really bad sore throats. I think from the heat?
Will I get used to it? Is there anything I can do to help? Maybe a humidifier?
TIA!

Re: Running heat = sore throat?
I still live in California and I have to turn the heat on during the winter!!! I like to keep it right around 72 as well. (Okay....the hubby does).
I think a humidifier would definitely help with the dry throat. Try it out....no harm, no foul.
