As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I'm a newbie..Anyone who has gone to Alliance in Lansing
I'm a newbie to the board but have been a lurker for a while and need some help. I'm going to Alliance and need to fill out the medical history. For the part that says "paternal/maternal" is the paternal referring to your husband? or your father? I'm guessing it could go both ways but I'm thinking since you are having a baby they want to know your husbands history as well, not just yours. Anyone who has gone to Alliance and has filled this out, please help! Thanks!

I agree with PP. It means your dad's side.
I use Alliance just for my regular gyno vists and I have been really happy with them.
