guess what guys??
We're starting to try to have a baby now!!! Soooo excited!! Adam and I talked about my job situation (going to leave Duke and work full time at UNC and be on his insurance) and making sure his "ducks were in a row."
That's about 3 months earlier than we had originally planned!! We've been baby shopping the past two days (his idea, not mine) and picked out furniture, bedding, and other stuff we want.

I thought of that too, but then I was like, buying a onesie or a sling is not going to prevent me from getting pregnant (or I hope not, lol). I was worried about it too, but hopefully it won't be an issue. We won't buy anything big until probably the 2nd trimester.

I was afraid to buy anything more than a onesie until just recently...superstitious. But now that I'm at the halfway point, we went ahead and bought our carseat this wknd!!!!!! It's sitting in the sunporch area right now - so weird to think there'll be a little person in there in a few months!
Anyway, so excited for you! Have fun making that baby!!! Keep us posted!
