 does it take longer when you have an IUI to get a positive result (is that ok to ask? i'm not trying to be rude)? i know i ovulated on the 26th and i was positive today. our due dates would be almost the same, fun!!!

 I had my IUI on the 26th, so I bet our due date would be the same! So fun! Also, no I don't think it takes longer to get a positive, it's just most of the time with an IUI you take an hCG trigger shot that can give you a false positive if you don't wait long enough to test. I plan on testing on Thursday. The trigger will be gone by then. With DS I also tested at 13 days past IUI and it was a legit result. So that is when I will know

We haven't really thought that far ahead yet, but I'm sure we'll think of something special when the time comes.
