Games for Work Party?

We have a work party next week at my boss's house. She would like to play some games. This is all managers at the party. Any suggestions? I was thinking of playing blind-folded version of pictionary. The person drawing has to draw the picture with their eyes closed and their team has to guess what they are attempting to draw.

or maybe it's not a holiday party, I guess you didn't that it was, I assumed.

Before I worked at my current place, they have played charades, and swear it's always fun.

Since it's a work party nothing that could be embarrasing.  Anything with a blidnfold is going to be embarrasing.

How many people?  Ages/gender?

We love guesstures, Catch Phrase, Taboo, Charades at parties. It's always fun to play guys vs. girls. We also really like Apples to Apples. They are easy to play, don't have too many rules, and are a lot easier to put together than a home-made game.
