Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Just got back from my meeting (though not my regular meeting). Apparently as a group they had their highest loss so far this week. I only lost 0.6 lbs but it's also been a naughty week for me... eating crappy foods but staying within my points. I realized today I'm 1.1 lbs away from my 5% loss, so hopefully I can get it off this week! GL to you for this week!
