Make these

So deliciously yum and really really easy to make!  I had to eat 3 in a row before I could escape their siren song.

Re: Make these

  • Those look yum. I love molasses.
  • Those sound glorious, and they look beautiful too.

  • For some reason we have three jars of molasses in the pantry. Bookmarked for next week!

  • I just realized I'm not sure if I like molasses or not.  I can't think of a time I've ever had it.  At least I know plenty of people who will be willing to take those off my hands if I make them and find them to be disgusting
  • As an aside regarding the picture of her kitchen: she has little drawers in the right hand corner of that photo she included - what is in there? Flour, sugar and such?

I don't know why that caught my eye.

  • When I was little, I was always excited to go to my grandmother's house because she always had fresh, homemade bread and cookies.  Then, one day, the cookies were molasses.  It ruined everything.

YES. I love that idea but I wonder how well sealed they are.

  • I could be remembering wrong, but I think she talks about those drawers in a post somewhere.  I think they have a lid on the top of the drawer to seal stuff up.  But I'm guessing she goes through flour and sugar so fast that it doesn't matter if the drawers seal well or not.
