What's your chapped lip remedy?

I feel like my lips are going to fall off they're so dry...it seems awfully early in the winter to have this happen!

I slather mine with Vaseline at night before bed (I don't know if this actually helps them, but at least it keeps them from being cracked open by morning) and throughout the day I use blistex deep renewal chapstick.

I alternate between Nivea "Kiss of Moisture" and Burts Bees. I'm doing okay so far, but this winter does feel like it's been particularly harsh on my lips already!

Third vote for Aquafor.  They even have a little tube for lips now for easy application.

It comes in little tubes now, kind of like lip gloss.  I started using it last year and it really works.  It's not sticky like vaseline or greasy either.  And my hair doesn't typically get stuck to my lips when the wind blows!

Mine have been so chapped too over the last few days, it's driving me nuts!  I use Burts Bees or Carmex.  And I load it on all day long.

It is the same stuff, but I get it in the little tubes. It is in the Baby Section & Lotions Aisles at Target.

Vaseline, through the day and before bed.  It makes a nice lip gloss too I keep a small thing of it in my purse and bedside table.

Another vote for Aquaphor.  I will even use it on my knuckles because in recent years they've been getting dry enough to crack and bleed. 

Edited to add: I don't use the lip repair stuff, just the straight up healing ointment.

i am going to have to try this Aquafor stuff.  I am a Carmex addict, 365 days/yr.

I also slept with a humidifier in my bedroom the winter I was pregnant...it helped my stuffy nose but I suspect it would help with dry lips, too.

I was wondering if it was a pregnancy thing, but I don't remember having it with Jake.  I've also been waking up with a horribly stuffy nose that only seems to be in the morning, I'm fine during the day.  Strange.
