DD: Winter ONEderland Party Menu Q's
Considering my father passed away only a few weeks ago, my DD's party is being thrown together rather quickly as it has been a crazy past couple of months.
Is this menu enough? Ideas would be appreciated that are quick and easy.
Appetizers:
-Buffalo chicken dip
-Pigs in a blanket
-Beer bread/spinach dip
-Veggie tray
Meal:
-Wrap tray
-Pulled pork for sandwiches
-Salad
-Macaroni and cheese
-Chips/pretzels
Dessert:
-Cake (I wanted to make cupcakes but time is definitely not allowing this since her party is this weekend.)
Drinks:
-Water, wine, soda and beer
-Hot Cocoa Bar
Thanks!

Re: DD: Winter ONEderland Party Menu Q's
I'm sorry about your father's passing.
My thoughts on the menu: Have either the wraps or the pulled pork; put the veg tray out with the meal instead of as an app; I might think about another hot side but it's not necessary (baked beans are easy); I'd also have some ice cream with the cake.
Do not stress over this. It's okay to ask for help. If you really don't want much work I'd consider doing a few apps; order some pizza with a tossed salad; and cake and ice cream for dessert.
Sorry to hear about your father.
I agree with 6fsn, make it easy on yourself and just do a couple of apps, pizza and salad and cake and ice cream.
