Emmer said it from the beginning that he wouldn't block Dayton from taking the spot if it was clear through the re-count that he was the winner. I hate the way the media spins things and says "he's considering a lawsuit" etc., and I hate that its just assumed that he's the driving force behind this.
I think at this point he's just a republican puppet being manipulated by the MN GOP that chunky dude on Tv that runs the GOP wants to sue, and wants to just get retribution for 2008 and is going to use Emmer to get it, and I really don't think he's the type of person to push and I think he's doing the right thing conceding and that's probably what he wanted to do, but was told not to.
